These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Auto Attender AI website, chat/voice/callback widget, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by AAIRC ("AAIRC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or through information you submit.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
By providing your mobile number and opting in through our web forms or chat/callback widget, you consent to receive one-time verification codes (OTPs) and service-related text messages, and/or a phone callback, from Auto Attender AI at the number you provide.
Your mobile opt-in and consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes; (b) send unsolicited or unauthorized messages; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; or (e) reverse engineer or misuse the Service.
The Service, including all software, content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by AAIRC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including telephony, messaging, and AI providers). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AAIRC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAIRC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Kansas.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The chat and callback features use automated, AI-generated responses delivered through third-party artificial-intelligence technology. By using these features, you acknowledge that you are interacting with an automated system and you consent to the processing of your messages and voice interactions by our AI service providers in order to provide the Service. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, are provided for general informational purposes only, and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it, and you should not submit sensitive personal information you do not wish to be processed by automated systems.
